On the back of the new year and all those resolutions that get made, I too am on the bandwagon of a healthier, fitter year than ever.

One thing I have noticed is that to stay motivated and inspired (in all areas of life) you have to look and feel inspired.

This includes workout gear, ladies!

I have noticed Wildfox have some great cute slouchy tees and hoodies, now it's getting a little cooler early in the morning and later in the evening - goodbye summer :(
