Pinterest Loves this Week

Its not any surprise that as a rather extravagant person I love all things sequins, feathers & fur. The best outfit for me personally, would possibly combine all three. I love the super luxe and daring and thought I would share some great shots!

Latest Purchases....

Ok! ASOS wins again! I couldnt resist!

I saw this feather cape on sale ages ago but when I clicked on it, it was out of stock, oh well, I though. Ok I lied, I was slightly crushed and maybe a small tear came out.

However! I told myself no clothing or shoes for 30days and if I make it, ill treat myself with clothes :) Makes perfect sense. So I went online to check out what there was 'save some for later' type thing. Saw this cape again and when I placed it in my 'shopping bag' it was the last one!

I think that made my mind up and I had to buy it.




So, it doesnt count because I wanted it before I set my 30day rule.

Now, what to wear it with??!

Feathers & Fur

I am really digging feathers and fur right now (faux of course). I know
this is silly, as we are in hot weather – today is 33’C people!

BUT, I would love to have some more fur collars or feathered stuff. By
stuff I mean tops and maybe a dress or two. Feathers are so elegant, and can
really add an extra touch to an outfit, and glam up some evening wear.

I'm loving these photos right now as well;

It would be cool to have a nice fur collar, I have an old vintage one, its in a shade of blue / dark green - hard to describe, but also its a little too wide for my frame and sits a bit funny. I really like feathers, I have an awesome pair of very long chain & feather earring. Maybe some more along those lines.




Feathers can be very over the top though, beware you don't go out looking like a bird!
